Bill Kica is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) with 30 years of experience in the financial services, consumer packaged goods, automotive, retail and capital equipment industries with leading Fortune 500 firms. In his 30 year career, Bill has become known by his clients and associates as a “marketing guru” having been awarded several prestigious branding, marketing and business development awards.
Bill’s passion is for coaching talented individuals and enabling them to reach their highest potential by setting new standards for performance. He is one of the founding partners of the Team Performance Group, LLC which seeks to set new standards for team effectiveness and team health worldwide. And, coaching is in his blood having served as former coach, captain and MVP of two NCAA National Championship teams.
He is respected internationally as a strategic marketing innovator and new product development specialist. Bill has directed marketing strategy in Japan, Australia, South America, Europe and Canada. Bill developed and rolled out a signature logo for a new brand repositioning campaign that was selected and awarded “Top 100 Logos of the 20th Century”.
Bill was awarded the National Sales Director Award for top sales performance at a leading financial services company. As Area Sales Manager in the North Chicago Market he led his area to an all-time revenue record with over 100 financial advisors in 9 branch offices.
Most recently, Bill has served as a Divisional Practice Management Consultant for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney wherein he was honored to play a key coaching role for many high performance advisory practices including Barron’s Top 100 advisors and teams.
Bill is DISC / Motivators Certified and has held the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) designation. Bill holds an M.B.A. degree in Strategic Planning and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame as well as having attended executive courses at The Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and graduate exchange studies in England with professors of the London Business School.
Bill is active in charitable activities having served as the past President of the Gary Borger Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Bill and his wife Linda reside near Madison, Wisconsin and enjoy fly fishing and bird dogs. His organization, Team Performance Group LLC contributes a portion of their fees to the Wounded Warrior Project.
